Add a new free WiFi hotspot

The hotspot you add must provide FREE (or mostly free*) public access either on an unsecured network or secure-enabled network (WEP, etc.). However, if the network is secured the security key must be freely provided by the host of the hotspot.

Quick tips:
1. Please do not add locations that do not host their own wireless but are in range of an open network.
2. Can you add your own hotspot? Of course!
