Dave is a seasoned executive with over 25 years experience in the computer software
industry, global business development, channels, sales management and marketing
experience in high technology and consulting with particular emphasis on the financial
services and Telco sectors.
He recently served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Services at enterprise
software company Manefesta, based in San Diego, California. In addition, Dave
has held board positions with several US based software companies, both venture
funded and publicly traded. |
Mike Drieir

Mike has 20 years of experience in senior financial management roles at leading
technology companies. Most recently, he served as CFO of Kanducki, a European based
enterprise software company where he managed the company through two rounds of venture
financing.
Mike currently serves on a number of boards and advisory roles including the board
of Santa Clara University, Leavey School of Business. He holds a Bachelor of Science
in Commerce and a Masters in Business Administration, each from Santa Clara University. |
Stephen Smytle

Steve is a well known computer scientist and software engineer. He has been a major
contributor to the open source community. Prior to OpenWiFiSpots, Mike worked
for the Tanlis Corporation and was responsible for initiatives that drove the company
from an early stage startup through a successful IPO and years afterwards as a publicly
listed corporation.
Steve has several patents and publications in both hardware and software, and graduated
Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from
West Virginia State University.
